Families of all ages are invited to come & watch INSIDE OUT 2 (2024, PG, 96 min.) on our big screen. Drinks provided, BYO snacks!

Story Writing Contest

Click here for contest information and submission rules, including by email. Writers ages 7 - 12 are invited to participate! Deadline is Sat. Nov. 30 at midnight.

Write the Hook

Submit the beginning or "hook" to your story for a chance at cash prizes. Open to Essex County teens grades 6 - 12. Deadline is Tuesday, December 31 at midnight. Contest rules here!

Adult Writing Contest:
In A Flash
November 1 - December 16
Read the guidelines and write a flash fiction story (any genre, theme of your choice) to submit for our 3rd Adult Writing Contest. Deadline is Mon. Dec. 16 at midnight.

Family LEGO

This self-directed, drop-in LEGO program is designed for all ages with a caregiver. No registration necessary.

Community Recipe Swap

Thanksgiving Holiday
The Library will close early at 1:00 p.m. on Wed. Nov. 27, and remain closed Thurs. Nov. 28 - Fri. Nov. 29 for the holiday. We will be open our usual Saturday hours on Nov. 30.
